Family keeps me grounded – and drives everything else. As a husband and father of a daughter and two sons, I know what I get up for in the morning.

Projects have a magnetic pull on me. Where others see challenges, I see opportunities. I look beyond the obvious, sometimes a step ahead – always looking for new ways to make things better, smarter, and more innovative.

As a team lead, I don't see myself as a top-down manager, but as part of the whole. I build bridges, clear paths, and bring people together so that ideas turn into real results. Team spirit isn't a buzzword for me – it's the foundation of success.

Outside of work, I seek out challenges too: sporting goals push me to my limits and beyond – I welcome being challenged and love measuring myself against my own benchmarks.

Optimism is what drives me. Giving up? Not an option. When things get complicated, I actually hit my stride – because that's exactly where the most exciting solutions tend to emerge.

I believe in progress, in people, and in the fact that with the right mindset, almost anything is possible.
